A message to our patrons,
We’d like to take a moment to share the steps that we are taking at The Grand Theater in relation to the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19). We are closely monitoring this evolving situation. The safety and security of patrons, performers, volunteers and employees is our highest priority. We are following the lead of city, state and federal officials, as well as implementing strategies recommended by public health authorities. At this time, all productions and events will continue as scheduled. We have significantly increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in all public and backstage areas, and will have alcohol-based hand sanitizer available throughout the facility. Anyone who is experiencing cold or flu symptoms, or who is not feeling well, are encouraged to stay home and contact our Box Office for more information about ticket exchanges and policies. We remain in constant contact with artists and producers of upcoming performances and events, and are prepared to make decisions not only regarding the current situation, but also in response to changing conditions.
Please know that we are monitoring this developing situation closely, staying in close contact with officials as well as with our colleagues throughout the arts and entertainment industry. We understand this is a cause for concern for many and we want you to know that the health and welfare of all who enter our doors is at the forefront of our decision-making process in the days to come. We remain in constant contact with artists, agents, rental clients, and community partners, and we will continue to closely monitor the situation and evaluate additional measures to support our customers and communities as needs arise.
