For rescheduled performances, tickets will be valid for the rescheduled dates as they are announced. Patrons can also choose to have their tickets refunded, they can receive a ticket credit for an upcoming show or they can donate the amount of their tickets to support the mission of the Performing Arts Foundation/The Grand Theater, a nonprofit arts organization.

Will shows be rescheduled or cancelled?
We are hoping to reschedule all postponed events, but it is possible that due to touring schedules and available dates, some of these shows will not be rescheduled. As we know, we will let you know.

I have tickets to a postponed event, what do I do?
Hang in there!  Your tickets will still be valid to the rescheduled performance date!

However, if you are unable to make the rescheduled date, you can:

  • Generously donate the value of your tickets as a tax-deductible contribution.
  • Receive an account credit to purchase tickets to a future performance.
  • Request a full refund to your original method of payment

I have tickets to a cancelled event, what do I do?

You will be contacted by the Box Office to determine your preferred course of action.  You can:

  • Generously donate the value of your tickets as a tax-deductible contribution.
  • Receive an account credit to purchase tickets to a future performance.
  • Request a full refund to your original method of payment

Are you still selling tickets?
Yes, we are selling tickets for rescheduled performances as well as for our 2020/21 season!  You can purchase your tickets worry-free with our flexible COVID-19 ticket policy.

How can I continue to support The Grand?

Thank you for asking! There are two ways you can continue to support The Grand’s operations during this time:

  • Make a Donation: As a nonprofit organization, we rely on the generous support of our members and donors to help fulfill our mission – now more than ever
  • Purchase a Gift Certificate:  Buy a gift certificate now for yourself or a loved one to use for a future performance

How will you create a safe environment at The Grand?

When it comes to public safety, The Grand is taking precautions very seriously. The health and well-being of our patrons, performers, volunteers and staff is paramount. We have been and will continue to work closely with local health experts and officials as well as industry leaders in developing and implementing plans that incorporate recommended health, cleanliness and safety guidelines for public assembly venues. Those guidelines are still being developed and may change over the course of the season. We will provide a comprehensive list of the safety and sanitation precautions and procedures we are taking to ensure your well-being prior to hosting any events at The Grand.

 What if you have an event and I don’t feel comfortable attending?
We will continue to have a relaxed policy for returning tickets for credits moving forward as needed based on the situation at that time.
