Arts In Education Group Reservation Form

Fill out the form below to reserve group tickets to the Aspirus Health Arts In Education Series performances. We will contact you after we receive your request to verify your order and arrange payment. Orders are processed in the order they are received. If you would like to submit your order via email, please complete this form.

All school seats with a federal tax-exempt number cost $6.00 each. For every 20 tickets purchased, you will receive one additional free ticket. Ticket prices for the general public and schools without a federal tax-exempt number are $8.00 per ticket.
