With each rental space as unique as the events held there, we strive to keep the pricing simple with an all-inclusive one price per event* which includes the cost of the room, set up, tear down, tables, chairs, ivory table cloths, skirting, an event manager, bartenders, support staff for the bar and a custodian. Technicians are available for specialty work for an additional fee. Technicians are required when renting the Grand Theater. We do not provide food services. Please see our preferred caterers list. Beverages are provided through the Grand and special packages can be created, depending on your needs.
*Because some events vary greatly in technical requirements, additional charges may apply.
The Great Hall – Our largest space, can hold 300 seated dinner guests and up to 450 people for mixed seated and standing.
The B.A. and Esther Greenheck Lounge – There is a fee reduction when rented in conjunction with the Great Hall. This second floor space over looks the Great Hall and the 400 block and is a perfect room for small receptions and wedding ceremonies.
The Carolyn S. Mark Gallery – This active art gallery is a wonderfully unique room for receptions and events.
The Loft Gallery – This active art gallery is a second floor space that overlooks the 400 block. Is is fabulous for medium sized receptions and events.
*The Carolyn S. Mark Gallery and Loft can be rented together for a discounted fee.
