Take exit 192, or Hwy 52 East.
Follow 52 East towards downtown.
At the traffic light on First and Washington Streets, take a left onto 1st Street, and get into the right hand lane.
Take an immediate right onto Jefferson Street. Continue East two blocks to 4th Street.
