Here at The Grand, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to experience the magic of live theater. That’s why we are dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where all guests, regardless of ability, feel welcome and accommodated whenever they come to enjoy a show at our theater. Parking:
Accessible parking is available in the parking lot behind The Grand Theater on the corner of Jefferson and 5th Street. Additional accessible street parking is available along Jefferson Street. See a map with all nearby parking HERE.
Building:
An automatic door (door #23) into our Great Hall is located on the east side of the building, through the courtyard by our parking lot. An elevator is located in The Great Hall by the women’s restroom with access to the balcony. On the main floor, ramps provide access to Golden Circle seating or to the historic lobby.
Wheelchair-accessible seating is available for purchase in Rows K, X and Y on the main floor, and in the row FF in the balcony (left and right sections only).

Please contact our Ticket Office at 715-842-0988 with any other accommodation needs, including to let us know if a service animal will be accompanying you to the performance.
Audio assistance:
Different assistive hearing devices are available to improve your listening experience. Ask a staff member or volunteer prior to the show. Neckloops are available for patrons using hearing aids with t-coil technology (also called “T-switch” or “telecoil”). Ask your audiologist if your hearing aid includes a t-coil.
