It’s finally happening! Single tickets go on sale for The Grand’s 2019/20 Season on Tuesday, July 9th at 9:00 AM. With Tony Award winning Broadway musicals, country music icons, rock and jazz legends, and some of the hottest-selling shows in the world, this season has something for everyone! It’s exciting to present shows for the community and we want to make sure you’re prepared to purchase tickets to the performances you want!
THREE WAYS TO PURCHASE TICKETS
Walk Up
Come in person to 401 N 4th Street, Downtown Wausau (Ticket Office will temporarily be moved to the Great Hall).
Phone
Call the Grand Theater at 715-842-0988 and order your tickets right over the phone!
Online
Visit our website at www.grandtheater.org to order tickets online.
To order online, you will need to set up an account. Don’t worry, setting up an account is easy and free! However, we encourage you to set up an account before tickets go on sale to make your checkout go as smooth as possible. Follow our easy steps below to set up an account:
- Go to The Grand Theater’s ACCOUNT LOGIN page.
- Click the “Register” button and you will be directed to a form that says “Register For A New Account.”
- Fill in all the required fields on the form with your current information. Save your login email and password somewhere for reference when signing into your account in the future.
- Click the “Create Account” button on the bottom of the form and you will automatically be signed in and directed to The Grand Theater’s Event calendar.
Already have an account? Go to The Grand Theater’s ACCOUNT LOGIN page and sign in to verify your email and password. If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forgot Login or Password?” below the login fields. A pop-up will appear where you may enter your Account Email Address to have a password-reset link sent. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password and get logged into The Grand Theater’s website.
You must log in to your account before you check out. Click the login button at any point before checking out to go to the ACCOUNT LOGIN page. You will be automatically asked to login at point of purchase. Just a reminder, after placing a ticket in your cart you will have 30 minutes to finish your order; sign in before shopping to help your checkout go as smooth as possible!
